You shopped in our online store and want to return a product? No problem! Simply log in to our webshop with your email address and click the "Request Return" button for your order.
How do I return an item?
1. Log in to our webshop with the email address you used for the order and go to the order. Click the "Request Return" button. Select a reason for return and provide further details in the "Note" field. The more detailed your information, the faster and smoother the return process will be – both for you and for us. Please note that we can only accept returns of products in their original, unopened packaging. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment.
2. Then click the "Request Return" button.
3. Your return request will now be reviewed by our team. If we require further information such as photos etc., we will contact you.
4. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will promptly initiate the refund of the invoice amount.
Important: You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment. Due to food and hygiene regulations, we can only accept unopened and originally packaged products.
How long can I return an item?
You can return your order to us within 14 days. However, please note that we can only accept unopened and originally packaged products.
My product was damaged upon delivery?
If your order was damaged during delivery, a return may not be necessary. Please be sure to document the damage with photos of the defective item and the shipping box. Contact us at service[at]sportbionier.com and provide us with all the information. Please keep the defective products for at least 7 days after requesting new goods, in case a return should be necessary.
When and how will I receive my refund?
The refund is usually made via the original payment method. We typically initiate the refund within 1-2 business days after receiving & checking the item. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be credited either immediately or after a short processing time.
